About the MSFPOA
Founded in 1966, the primary purpose of our volunteer-operated Property Owners Association is to provide a legal entity for the transaction of all pleasure, recreation, and other non-profitable purposes for the Members within the Mount Shasta Forest subdivision of Siskiyou County.

Good morning,
The office wanted to post a courtesy reminder to all members that the 1st installment of 2024 assessments is currently due and that our grace period ends February 15th. If you have not made the January installment payment to your account yet, please do so before 02/15/2024 to avoid a late fee.
There should still be enough time to mail a check or money order to the office. You may also pay via our website or call the office to make arrangements to pay over the phone. There is a fee for paying online or by phone.

Our Location
We are on the outskirts of McCloud California. Our 3½ square mile subdivision is situated within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest just southeast of Mount Shasta. For directions, please view this page.
