Important Notices
We saw our first big storm of the winter season and saw 3 feet of snow plus lots of rain on Pilgrim Creek Rd!
We are expecting to see many days ahead with a mixture of snow and rain into next week and wanted to notify members that with the quick falling-heavy snow accumulation and rain fall traveling into the association may be difficult. Pilgrim Creek Rd is experiencing mild flooding due to rain accumulating from the heavy snow berms blocking the drainage. Please be aware that there are risks associated with traveling in wintry conditions. Efforts will be made to drain the rainwater accumulation by removing sections of snow berms.
We appreciate your understanding.
Stay safe and warm this winter season!

Thank you,
MSFPOA Office Staff
