Important Notices
Important reminder to our members that the 1st installment of 2024 dues is currently past due. The grace period ended on 02/15/2024. Office staff is currently working on applying appropriate late fees to members that have failed to pay their 1st installment within the grace period. We will be sending statements to those members with a past due amount to notify them of their current account status. Please remember that assessments are due within 30 days of the date of invoice - we offer a 15 day grace period to all members after 30 days.
To avoid late fees in the future, please make sure to remit your payment for the 1st installment on or before 2/15 of each calendar year.
The second installment invoice is dated 04/01 - the grace period offer means that the 2nd installment must be paid on or before 5/16 of each year to avoid a late fee.
You can refer to annual disclosures, governing documents, and invoices for information on due dates, grace periods, & late fees.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to the office.
We appreciate your cooperation and wish you well during the upcoming storms,
stay warm out there!
